WHo Am I?
Originally from Denmark, I moved to Barcelona 9 years ago and have since built my life and work around personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and holistic healing.
I am 30 years old and work in Danish, English, and Spanish, offering therapy sessions both online and in person in Barcelona.
I completed my degree in Denmark specialising in Metacognitive Therapy (MCT), an approach that has deeply transformed my own life and the way I relate to thoughts, emotions, and everyday challenges. Through this work, I discovered a healthier and more peaceful way of living, and I am incredibly grateful to now support others through the same process. I continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing education, personal development, and therapeutic practice.
Alongside my therapy work, I am the founder of Zenzi Tribe, a Barcelona-based sisterhood and community that creates in-person events, healing circles, and spaces for connection, self-development, and empowerment for women. Through this work, I have spent years supporting others in both personal and spiritual growth within a safe and grounded environment.
For many years, I have also offered holistic healing treatments that combine body, mind, and emotional wellbeing through massage, Reiki, sound healing, and nervous system relaxation.
Today, I bring together both therapeutic and holistic approaches, offering grounded, talk-based therapy sessions for all genders, both online and in person in Barcelona. My work combines metacognitive therapy with a calm, human, and supportive approach that helps clients better understand their thoughts, manage stress and anxiety, and create healthier ways of living with more clarity, balance, and presence.


WHat is meta cognitive therapy?
Metacognitive Therapy (MCT) is a modern and evidence-based form of therapy developed by Professor Adrian Wells in the UK. Today, metacognitive approaches are increasingly being integrated into many forms of talk therapy due to their effectiveness in treating anxiety, stress, overthinking, and depression.
In modern society, many of us have learned to give our thoughts too much importance and attention. We often believe we must analyse, control, or solve every thought that appears in the mind. Metacognitive Therapy offers a different perspective: understanding that we exist beyond our thoughts, and that peace is not found in overthinking, but in changing the way we relate to our mind.
Much of our emotional suffering comes not from the thoughts themselves, but from the constant focus, worry, rumination, and mental engagement we have with them. This is where Metacognitive Therapy can create profound change.
Through therapy, we first begin identifying existing mental patterns, coping strategies, and unconscious habits that may be maintaining stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm. From there, we work on changing assumptions about the importance and meaning of thoughts, while strengthening the ability to detach from unhelpful thinking patterns and redirect attention back into the present moment.
The goal is not to “stop thinking,” but to develop a healthier and more balanced relationship with the mind. Over time, this creates greater clarity, calmness, emotional resilience, inner peace, and presence in everyday life.
Metacognitive Therapy is practical, structured, and focused on creating real change. While every person’s journey is individual, many people experience significant shifts within a relatively short period of time, often within around 6 sessions, when consistently applying the tools and techniques explored in therapy.

1:1 Therapy & Coaching Sessions (Online & In Person)
My one-to-one therapy and coaching sessions are available both online and in person, offering a grounded and supportive space for self-development, emotional wellbeing, stress management, and personal growth.
These sessions are primarily talk-based and combine reflective conversation with practical therapeutic tools to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and internal patterns. I integrate a metacognitive approach, which helps you become more aware of how you relate to your thoughts rather than becoming overwhelmed by them. This can support anxiety reduction, emotional resilience, clearer thinking, and a greater sense of balance in everyday life.
Each session begins with simple grounding techniques to help regulate the nervous system and create a calm and focused space. During in-person sessions, I may also include light sound healing elements to support relaxation and presence where appropriate.
Together, we explore subconscious patterns, emotional triggers, and coping strategies that may no longer be beneficial, while building healthier ways of responding, creating inner stability, and living more consciously in the present moment.
These sessions support stress relief, anxiety management, emotional healing, self-awareness, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and personal transformation.
Group Therapy & Healing Circles
Group therapy sessions offer a supportive and healing environment where we come together in connection, openness, and shared growth. Through guided conversation, reflection, and emotional support, participants are invited to experience the healing power of community and collective awareness.
In these group healing circles, we witness each other’s growth, challenges, emotional triggers, and breakthroughs while learning how to navigate them in healthier and more conscious ways. Sharing within a safe group setting can help reduce feelings of isolation, improve emotional wellbeing, and encourage personal transformation.
These sessions support emotional healing, self-development, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and authentic human connection.
Healing Treatments: Reiki, Massage & Sound Healing
This holistic healing treatment is designed to support deep relaxation, energetic balance, stress relief, and overall wellbeing through a full sensory healing experience. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and begins with a short consultation to understand your current emotional, physical, and energetic state.
The treatment includes a calming full-body relaxation massage to release tension and regulate the nervous system, followed by aromatic cleansing, Reiki healing, and a restorative sound bath to promote energetic healing and inner harmony.
This integrative healing experience can support relaxation, emotional release, burnout recovery, anxiety relief, energetic cleansing, and mind-body balance.
